Cancellation Policies

Weekly Schedules (3+ visits per week on a monthly auto-reoccurring schedule): We allow 3 cancellations per month with no fee *Must be cancelled before the start of the time block.

Non-Weekly/On Demand Scheduling (M-F): Must cancel before 8pm the night before visits – Late Cancel = Full price of visit.. This is to ensure our sitters are compensated for putting time aside for the service.

Weekend and Holiday: Cancellations must be received by 8pm of the previous business day (M-F) – otherwise full price of visit will be charged.

Vacation Care/Boarding/Sitter Overnights: 10% of your total reservation cost is non-refundable if you choose to cancel for any reason/at any time. Cancellation of Vacation Care services with less than 7 daysnotice prior to the start of service will result in you being billed 50% of the total invoice for scheduled pet care. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start of service are subject to full charge.

Holidays:

Holidays are subject to a $5 additional service fee.  

Holidays include: New Year’s Eve , New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
